This 12-day motorcycle journey through Nepal takes you from the bustling streets of Kathmandu to the remote, windswept valleys of Manang and Mustang via the scenic town of Pokhara. Designed for riders seeking adventure off the beaten path, the route follows rugged dirt trails and backcountry roads, deliberately avoiding major highways. Traverse riverbeds, forest trails, and high mountain passes as you ride through ancient villages steeped in tradition. Towering above it all are the colossal peaks of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, providing a breathtaking backdrop throughout. It’s a raw, immersive adventure deep into the wild heart of the Nepalese Himalayas.

  • 20% non-refundable deposit due at the time of reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to the trip. 

  • Your motorcycle tour in Nepal will begin and end in Kathmandu. When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, your driver will be waiting just across the road outside the arrivals area, holding a Himalayan Rides sign.

    If you’re arriving one or two days before the tour begins, your airport transfer to the hotel is included in the tour price.

    We recommend staying at Hotel Ambassador in Kathmandu, and we’re happy to assist with bookings for any pre- or post-tour nights. This will also be our meeting point on Day 1. If you're staying elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your own transport to Hotel Ambassador that morning.

    The first and last days of your motorcycle tour are set aside for travel, and we ask that you arrive no later than 12 noon on Day 1, and schedule your departure no earlier than 8 am on the final day.

    To make your journey smoother, we highly recommend arriving in Kathmandu a day or two in advance to account for any potential delays and to help acclimatize to the local time zone.
